What is your refund policy?


We provide no-questions-asked refunds for three days following the payment date. Thereafter the payment does not qualify for a refund. We do not provide partial refunds when subscriptions are canceled partway through the subscription period.


We do not provide credits, refunds or discounts for outages or issues caused by third-parties and/or circumstances not under our control. For outages under our control we might, in our sole discretion, provide refunds on a case-by-case basis.
