I've forgotten or lost access to the registered email address on my account, what can I do?

If you lost access to the email address that you entered when you signed up for an account, then there are two options.

If you remember your SocialOomph login credentials and are able to log in to your account, please login and click your name in the upper right corner of the page. From there you will be able to replace the old email address with a new one.

If you do not remember your SocialOomph login credentials and are unable to log in to your account, the best we can do is to delete your user account so that you can register a new one. In this case you will lose everything in the account that you cannot access. Unfortunately we cannot manually change the email address for you, because that would make our system vulnerable to account hijacking. The only exception is where you have a paid subscription that is paid via PayPal. We will be able to make the registered email address the same as the PayPal email address on your subscription.
